At For Your K9, Marie Smith, CPDT-KA, teaches Rally, a sport where handlers and dogs move through a course together as a team. She loves helping her students grow and become deeply connected through training.
Rally is a playful sport and Marie makes her classes both informative and fun. She is a seasoned Rally competitor, having earned AKC titles through the Master level, AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, member of The Association of Professional Dog Trainers and a Certified Professional Dog Trainer—Knowledge Assessed through The Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. Marie’s pack includes Noelle, a miniature poodle who loves rally, and Francis, a Boston Terrier who loves chasing tennis balls in the yard. When she is not teaching rally, or trialing, you can find her playing music on the piano or the cello.
