Attendance and Make-Up Policy
If you miss a class for whatever reason (vacation, work, sickness, etc.) you will not be able to make that class up. No refund will be given nor will there be a credit given towards the next session if a class is missed. This is without exception and pertains to all classes at For Your K9.
If you know that you will be missing 2 or more classes during a session you can either 1) pay for the session with the understanding that you will be missing those weeks and not making them up or 2) you can buy a punchcard.
Punchcards will only be allowed for sport classes and will NOT be allowed for any of our behavior classes. Punchcards are $33 a punch and you can purchase up to 12 punches per card. One punchcard can be used for multiple classes and/or multiple dogs. For example, if your dog is taking agility and nose work and/or you have 2 dogs taking barn hunt, you can just buy one punchcard. When you attend your class with a punchcard you will present it to your instructor so they can mark it off.
If class is cancelled by For Your K9, the missed class will be made up at the end of the session. If you or your dog have unexpected major medical issues during your session (severe medical diagnosis, surgery, family emergency, etc.) we will deal with those on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy for Classes
If you choose to cancel your registration for a class, you must notify us in writing at . No refunds will be issued for class cancellations made less than 15 days in advance of the start date. If you cancel at least 15 days in advance of the start date, you will receive a 100% refund, minus a $10 processing fee. If you fail to show up for a class you registered for, your registration fee will be forfeited and no refunds or credits will be applied to your account. Exceptions are military duty. This policy is without exception.
